  : THE MOST TERRIBLE VACATION EVER.The first thing to criticize is the deceptive way in which they sold us the property. When you compare the photos on the website, with what you find when you arrive, you realize that there is no resemblance (at the end I will show photos). Our apartment was number seven. The cleanliness of the apartment is very questionable (dirty grout, not very clean floor, bad smell of moisture and sweat, etc.). I understand the characterizations of the departments, but the colors of ours are depressing (very dark). The installation of the air conditioning splits is made in very bad taste (the frame that surrounds the one in the living room was never painted and the one in the second bedroom is tied with zip tie and tape). There are electrical wires hanging from the eaves of the yard (by the way, the eave is terribly dirty). The kitchen we found is not at all functional (small) to the point that more than half of the provisions we carry had to be located in other areas. The closets in bedrooms are extremely small and only one of the two has a door. The mattresses are deformed and smelly. There is no space in the room for everything we carry. Access to the bedrooms is dangerous. The floors are at different levels with nothing to signal the unevenness (we were on the verge of an accident). The bathroom has a broken light, it was impossible to contain the shower water from hitting the floor, the sink cabinet is corroded, the toilet lid is scratched, and the window curtain is broken. The tub drain is not able to drain the amount of water coming out of the shower. The floors of the patio and the entrance was uneven and broken (possible accidents). The yard was completely dirty and the drain clogged (my wife had to clean). The vegetation is completely neglected. The pool area remained dirty all week (including the pool) and there was no one there to clean it. Since we arrived on Saturday, we had difficulties with the refrigerator (it did not cool well).

  : Very tacky, dirty & too expensive for what I paid. And when we had to pay to do laundry & had to wade through water, it pushed it to an even worse levelThe photos did not match what we walked into. Never good when you walk in a room & cry.

  : It was a fun location
  : The place was old and outdated and was completely infested with bedbugs my daughter was a bit from head to toe now we have to get an exterminator. The people were not easy to work with the check in was a nightmare we were left stranded with no place to go until 8 o’clock at night after traveling from 6 AM I highly do not recommend this hotel .

  : Beautiful gardens and very “interesting”.Jeffrey & Sharda are SUPER NICE. Short walk to everything.
  : Facilities (toilet) needed a small repair. Had to remove tank lid and tap the water spicket to get it to fill up again. Electricity wiring needs updated. ASAP. Lights didn’t work (but we didn’t really need them) and ceiling fan didn’t work. All small fixes.

  : This place was Disgusting. The furniture is very old and very dirty. Stay clear of this unit and complex. Over charged for a dump over 300 a night. Nothing nice to say about this. Stay clear

  : Quaint little place, Jeff was a nice person to talk with on our first day. Having a private dock was very nice as well.

  : Door was left unlocked and keys were on counter. Location was good, a couple of blocks from the beach and Publix. Designated parking for each room.
  : Honest review, Blinds in bathroom broken. The sofa bed smelled, looked like it had never been cleaned. Went to Walmart to buy sheets and blanket. Would be embarrassed to donate the couch. Pool had lots of leaves.
