: Great setting, fantastic views, nice size room, lots of space quite new building, breakfast pleasant enough. Rooms clean
: May be just bad timing or someone forgot, but didn't get message about how to get in hotel until hour or so before getting there on a train with no wifi, luckily had roaming on, unlike fellow party members, so we had the gate code to get in to property area, only then once in the grounds could wifi be picked up, as no one on site at all times, being out of hours, could of been a cold night on the streets, too much reliant on tech, not common sense... Next thing with all heavy bags, told to use lift to get to room floor.... lift out of service, so all up flights of stairs... When is this going to be fixed ! Extras offered Spa on roof area great !! Not open due to fact that access is via the lift.... Kitchen area is only open for breakfast, so if you want a hot drink in room...... forget it, no fridge in room to store that bottle of wine then! House keeping good, but not just in our room, forgot to put out bath towels one day, this could be sorted if there was someone on site to talk too or at least an area of supply, much like drink making faculties. Sleeping, foam mattress needs turning or turning more often, sinks in to a hole, just a little more thinking about, All small things but take the edge off a bit of a great place to stay.
