  : The owner is very friendly and it is easy to communicate with him.
  : The smell is not nice. Its a little bit far away and pretty old for that price.

  : Decent & conveniently located. Appropriately priced but hot water not properly functioning, kicking in apparently after one has cold-showered .
  : Not much, its quiet & near a main artery just a few minutes fr City. (Dont bother getting tickets for bus, either)

  : We booked this room for one night (16-17 august). We didnt expect it to be a 5 star hotel, BUT: - To use the bathroom you have to enter the common corridor - no normal wifi, quality was extremely poor and only for one person possible since if more than one person tries is connection fails - No shower gel/shampoo - Very-very old furniture and bed sheets - Dirty windows - Light was bad - No window curtains in the bathroom which faces the garden so that its easy for the neighbours to see if youre taking a shower! - Nearly impossible to charge your phone (old sockets, wouldnt risk it) - The house is so old and not renovated that we could hear every move and sound of people downstairs - The smell in the house was horrible and old which couldve been easily avoided by the owner (its a sign of either poor or even probably no cleaning at all) - Owner was not really friendly The room is not worth its money even if its 65 for 2 persons and even in its location (pretty far from the city center). Never again!!!

  : The host contacted me before and made sure to be there upon our arrival. We were provided with very detailed information about public transport and restaurants in the surrounding. The house and rooms are quite old but tidy. The host is really friendly and speaks good English
  : Provided breakfast is very 'Italian' - just some crackers and sweet bun, but the coffee was good.

  : The owner was nice and friendly. Room was big enough. Bathroom was okay.
  : Not nice odour in the corridor. Older house. Old sockets. Older furniture. Breakfest was quite poor - nothing fresh. Also you are eating in the owner's living room. Somebody might like it, somebody not. For me it was more like airbnb. Accommodation is a little bit further from city center. But we walked and it was okay.
