  : I booked a triple room and forgot to change the number of persons to 3, the hotel owner/manager took it upon himself to change the room to a double then blamed me for not selecting 3 persons. He said, "American's like to select a larger room but have less people so I changed the room". It did not matter nor did he care that I pre-paid for a tripled room. We had to stay 2 nights in another hotel then had to move back James Joyce for one night. I paid for breakfast and James Joyce would not cover the cost for breakfast at the hotel we were staying in so we had to go back to James Joyce for breakfast. The young receptionist was so apologetic, nice and tried to go out of her way to help us, she made this experience better.

  : Location excellent. We didn't have breakfast because we left very early to get to the airport. Reception staff very friendly helpful and informative.

  : Very big room and excellent location. Two bedrooms.
  : ”Penthouse” was very warm, airconditioning is quite old and weak. Sun is heating up the roof and the room. Better to stay at lower levels.
