  : The comfortable rooms are in a very charming old building. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is good for the railway station and not too far from the city centrte.
  : Nothing negative to say about Trieste 411. No breakfast was aavailable on site but there are plenty of possibilities in the vicinity.

  : The building is unique. Secured (the door locked in tier), clean room.
  : No parking available (even though it said there is parking available, but the fact it is not. We have to park in a parking garage (with tiny entrance) and paid 13/ night.

  : Check in was less than 2 minutes, we told the receptionist our name & they gave us a key to our room as payment is on check out. The 2nd & 3rd floor of this apartment block is the hotel, the reception was on the 2nd floor & our room was on the 3rd floor. There is a lift to get up and down if needed. The room was very clean and the bathroom is white marble tiled which was very stylish. The bed was comfy too but could hear noises of the cleaner around 10am or so both mornings. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the center of Piazza Unit d'Italia & 6 minutes to the bus station. The lobby into the building definitely needs lights that stay on as the current lights turn off after 15 seconds or so. There is also construction going on outside the bedroom windows.

  : Location good in relation to train station. Instruction for self ck-in after hours, easy to follow. Staff very nice and helpful. Luggage storage after ck- out was nice to have. Appartment was spotless. Murphy/sofa bed ready to be used. Special requests were honored. Small kitchen, good for warm up leftover or eating a salad. No serious cooking. Although this is really one bedroom apartment it had 2 bathrooms! Great for 2 couples traveling. In which case could be a good value.
  : The sofa bed was ok but not very comfy. The arm rest was in middle of bed so you had to sit lower in bed then push yourself up. Mattress OK for a sofa bed. Mini bar was great idea, but water came in cans...so one time use. Free instant coffee...are we in Italy? Everywhere else we found the expresso pods. For the price we paid, a bottle of water and expresso coffee would have been nice.

  : The room was clean and tidy .they bothered to provide biscuits with the tea and coffee we could make up in our room. The owner bothered to help fix our safe when it wouldnt work properly . The bed was comfortable as were the pillows .
  : More help was needed on how to get to the hotel .Access to our room and the floor we were on was complicated ie to many cards codes and keys .The staff were efficient but somehow gave the impression that they really werent interested in their customers ( we only rent out the rooms , the rest is up to you was one answer given )
