  : The only good thing about the apartment is the view.
  : Where do I start?? The old, leaking aircon did not cool down the entire apartment (only one in the living room), which meant the bedrooms were unbearably hot and we could not use them. We all had to sleep in the living room. When I asked the host if they perhaps had fans we could use, we were told that the location of the aircon was stated in the description (it was not). So I guess that would be a no.The hot tap in the bath was completely stripped and did not shut off properly. No matter how many times you turned the tap, there would still be a trickle of boiling hot water..There was no hot water in the hot tap in the bathroom sink..only cold.If you went over a certain amount of water in the bathtub, the entire bathroom flooded. We called the host the first time it happened and they said we should not fill the bathtub to the top (we only filled it half way). This happened twice.The light to the bathroom was jammed and we battled to turn it on and off.The couch in the living room looked like it had been taken off a rubbish heap. Old, ugly, worn and extremely uncomfortable. We did not want to sit on it.There was no hot water in the kitchen. I don't know who washed dishes in cold water?The oven did not work. We tried to roast a chicken one evening and we ended up cooking it on the stove top, as the oven did not heat up.There was a TV in the living room, but the socket where one would put the cable from the TV in to was hanging off of the wall. So no TV.The WiFi signal strength was terrible and we ended up using our mobile data. Our 8 year old son who wanted to play on his iPad had to sit on the floor by the front door to get proper signal.The door to the terrace was jammed and opening it was a nightmare. We eventually left it open.The BBQ facilities were unusable as it was disgustingly dirty. Old beer bottles, cigarettes, used ashtrays and dirty pots and pans stood for days.All in all a very disappointing stay.

  : The location is fantastic, the views from the balcony are spectacular, and there's a little old, working, town that is a couple of blocks' walk that has decent restaurants, historic buildings, fishing boats, etc. The rental is huge, well built, and equipped, and there's ample free parking on premises. The building is only about 3 minutes drive from the entrance to Old Trogir.
  : Regardless of the location, there were some serious issues that hold back this stay. 1. The plaque with the number of the building is not affixed to the building, but rather leaning against a window on a covered patio on the side of the house, making it impossible for someone to confirm the address from the street. 2. No one answered either of the two doorbells on the front door, despite numerous attempts. I don't recall a contact phone number being provided to me after reservation, and no one answered the phone number written on the side of the building (I asked locals to call it, since I'm from the US and have no mobile service in Europe). If it weren't for a Dutchman who was renting a similar unit, who saw us in trouble, came downstairs, talked to us, and walked to a fruit vendor at the top of the street, on the other side, who happened to be the owner's son, I would've had to find another place to stay, and asked Booking for a refund. The owner's son was very friendly, and helpful, but by that time, after about 1.5 hours of trying to check in, my patience had exhausted. 3. As if the check-in process wasn't complicated enough, there is a smell of sewer gas coming out of the bathroom that permeates the entire apartment, even if the bathroom door is kept closed and the window open. Having worked in real estate for 17 years, this is most likely caused by a bad wax seal between toilet and drain pipe, although it could be a lack of water trap there or under the sink. 4. No WiFi login information provided. There's no way I could recommend anyone stay here until these issues are addressed.

  : The appartment is clean and spacious and has a really nice view over the bay of Trogir, with lots of boats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony and just watching. The beach, supermarkets and restaurants are all just a few minutes walking away. Trogir takes a bit longer (about 15 minutes) and you'll have to walk next to the road. I would not advise that with small children, then you can better take a car. Parking at the appartment is also free and available.
  : The appartment and bathroom are a bit dated, however it's clean so that;s not a real problem.

  : Spacious apartment with big balcony offering a very nice view on the sea an the old town of Serget Donji. A three minutes walk to the beach and restaurants (offering very good food and tables on the water front).
