: Fantastic location (easy to find) over a bustling street in the heart of the Old Town. Big room with a great balcony. Air con was already on when we arrived so the room was cool. The room was decorated well, the bed huge and nice cotton sheets. Plenty of towels, and mini toiletries provided. Great shower.
: Although I had contacted the accommodation to tell them our arrival time, and received acknowledgment via the Booking.com messages, there was no one in reception when we arrived. After half an hour we called the mobile number on the Reception door and a colleague from the ice cream shop (below) arrived to check us in. Not a big problem but we were really hot and travel-weary.Only other niggle is lack of hooks for towels, or space for wash bags in the bathroom.

: Downstairs paid for cafe was good value for breakfast and great choice of menu. Nice size room with balcony which is not overlooked. Elegant decor. Manager was less than welcoming but did carry our heavy bag up a flight of stairs. Good and quiet AC. Good shower pressure. Fridge worked well.
: Sound proofing very poor, heard next room getting up to toilet and walking about room. Horrible music from cafe downstairs in evening pounding away. Tea and coffee making facilities was just a kettle in a very awkward plug in behind fridge with 3 tea bags only and no coffee for a 2 night stay. The balcony gives you extra space but the torn sun screening would make it useless in high summer.

: The location and staff were excellent, quiet room, nice furnishings and bathroom.
: Old tv no english channels or ability to alter language, bed was quite hard and only one pillow each, would like two. Would go again if in the vicinity.

: Fantastic location and beautiful property
: We had the smallest room (room 2) and there are a few things that could be repaired or improved, and we had to request the kettle for the tea and coffee making facilities.There were no cups or glasses in the room upon arrival but swiftly attended to by staff.
