  : The location of the hotel was away from the city but close enough to take a taxi. We did have a car and there was no issue coming and going. They have an amazing pool area that was comfortable and calming. The grounds were lovely and the rooms were cozy and modern. The breakfast was fantastic with a great assortment of specially prepared foods, pastries, and fruits. Eating under the arbors was quite relaxing and a great way to start a day. Manuel and Frederica and the whole staff made us feel like family rather than guests. e truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend Il Borghetto Romano Creative resort to all our friends and family.   : There could have been a small end table next to the bed for personal items. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

  : prices were high at pool restaurant and they charge 15 euros per beach towel which should be included. you could easily buy the towel for that price.

  : This is lovely family run hotel and you can tell the staff really care. They were so welcoming and friendly and couldnt do enough for you. The resort was so tranquil, it often felt like you were on your own! If you like peace and quiet then this is the place for you! The rooms were beautiful, clean and modern and the grounds were outstanding. Amazing pool!
  : It was a fair walk into Tropea Centre. We spent quite a lot on taxis to and from but this is no criticism of the hotel! If you have a car or a scooter then no issues!

  : Beautiful small hotel run by attentive staff who clearly are proud of their hotel and who want to do everything possible to make your stay the best it can be. A lovely chilled vibe throughout. Clean comfortable room. Wonderful home cooked/prepared breakfast.
  : The only thing I didnt like was the fact that the toilet and bathroom were effectively part of the bedroom separated only by a clear sliding panel which afforded no privacy.

  : Friendly accommodating staff. Beautiful landscape grounds & pool area . Very relaxing holiday feel. Nice to be able to get pool snacks & drinks breakfast also a highlight
  : Its not close to the old town or beach so be prepared to walk. Tricky on the busy road & in the heat. Taxi service is reliable but $$ if using all the time. A shuttle bus would be ideal Cant fault the actual property though .

  : Very nice grounds, and wonderful home made breakfast!The room wasnt what we booked, it was quite a bit smaller and with a not too functional Round Bed ! Ceiling too low on one side that you kept hitting your head if not careful !Location ok, but if you had a car a little away from Centro Storico ( Historic Center)of Tropea

  : The property is very well kept, the rooms are large and clean, the breakfast is good. The pool is lovely. The staff is kind.
  : It's far from town and you can't safely walk to town - you have to walk on the autostrada for a good stretch. Also there are almost no sidewalks. It's a stretch to call it a resort - reception is gone by 6pm. There's no restaurant on the property and no grocery or market near it. You really have to have a car to stay here.
