: Apartment was in a great location in Tropea.The view was lovely from the window.Apartment was very clean.Nicola was very attentive. Provided an easy check in and was easy to communicate with.
: I would have to say the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. Both mattresses seriously need to be replaced.Very disappointed there was not a bigger balcony to be able to sit out on. You could only stand at the window. Pictures on website very misleading for this particular apartment with regards to this particular apartment. I know this apartment is built into the rock but I didn't enjoy the experience. Very dark. No towels provided for the beach.

: The location of this apartment is amazing and it has bundles of character as promised in the photos.
: This property is too expensive for what it is. The heater in the apartment was broken so we had 3 nights of being freezing cold at night with no heating and barely enough hot water for 2 people to shower. We had 5 blankets on the bed each night and I had to buy a coat just to keep warm in the property. The managing agent's excuse was that it was a sunday when we raised the issue so they couldn't find an engineer to fix the heater, but it ended up taking 4 days to fix. They also told us it usually takes much longer to find parts so there was an implication we were lucky it got sorted as quickly as it did. They knew I was pregnant and my boyfriend got a stinking cold because of it and all they offered us was a bottle of prosecco (which I obviously couldn't drink!) At no point did they offer us any money back or to put us up somewhere else and I even had to ask for a plug in heater for the 3rd night as we couldn't take any more. I don't think that's good enough when you're paying 900 euros for a week. It was clear the heating hadn't been checked before our stay - the remote control didn't even have batteries that worked. Hot water, heating and electricity are basics when you're renting a place out - especially for that kind of money.

: Property has fantastic views and location. We had one bedroom with 2 private terraces. I would give it a 10 for a few day stay but we stayed a week and the sand droppings from the ceiling gets all over everything and the continuous cleaning began to get to us. Other than that facilities were great as were the staff. Parking is a problem but if you can find a spot outside the old town for free (not obvious how to do that) or use the 10 dollar per day lot by the beach you will be ok. I never could figure out how to get a daily rate using a parking meter near the old town which is 2 dollars per hour.
: Except for the problem above there is nothing negative.
