  : The location
  : The fact u can't Upgrade your room if you use a 3rd party booking site. There was a dog somewhere in the hotel complex that would barking for hours nonstop. The shower was so small u only had turn around space and hardly any water pressure but the sink had great water pressure in the bathroom. The walls were so thin I heard the other persons tv all night.

  : The person in the office gave away my room the was reserved I never got a fridge or microwave, she was messing up everyone's reservation just rude & unacceptable then she moved me rooms and my door key didn't work I had to tell her to walk up to my room and open the door very frustrating experience , alot of drug addicts just throw the while property in the trash, I will never stay here again.

  : Very poor facility. No microwave, no fridge, AC didn't work, pool dirty not in working order, wifi constantly disconnecting, ESPN channels on their TV was not available. Not a single service was conducted during our a whole 8 day stay. What rat hole.

Disappointing

  : The staff was very nice and helpful. Respectful when I wanted to move rooms and check in early. Was right next to gas and the highway.
  : Lots of unsavory people living there and/or hanging out. Someone got arrested right next to my room the first night and proceeded to yell for hours until the police finally took him away. It was well after 12AM. My first room smelled of ammonia so bad and when I finally settled in for bed my eyes burned so bad until I fell asleep. The floors were not swept. Theres no ac and the fan only blows hot air. So there was no air flow at all. The bed was horrible, nothing but springs. I tossed and turned the entire night on top of feeling so dirty in that room. My second room smelled better, floors still unswept. Bed better than the previous room. The pet area is completely covered with poop had to walk my dogs around the parking lot to avoid them tracking it into the room. Being pregnant, this stay was horrible for me.
