  : Location and price
  : When we arrived, we found trash and debris around the property and what appeared to be a congregation of people at the entrance. It looked as though the local trailer park had closed down. Some folk were sitting out in front of their units with doors and windows open. Wifey took one look and said "they can have my money, I ain't staying here"

  : The stairs, hallway, and rooms were dirty. The tub shower was filthy. The switch plates, doors, and walls were dirty. I didn't want to touch anything and it smelled bad.

  : The room was nice. It is a good basic motel room. You get what you pay for. If you go in expecting all of the frills as other local motels in the area, you will be dissatisfied. But for a decent price you can get an affordable place to sleep and shower.
  : The people in the room above us were a bit noisy.
