: Great location in Truckee near the slopes and the wilderness as well as downtown. The company had a little hiccup processing payment and establishing my identity which I’ve never had to deal with so that was a little annoying, but the customer service was very friendly and got to the bottom of it quickly. The only other issue I had was the listing specifically states there is a hot tub on site and there is not. Other than that it’s a lovely space and a very comfortable stay. The location was clean and well stocked with necessities. This was a perfect amount of space for my husband and I and our 2 younger boys. I really appreciated the Vacasa keepsake as well.
: No hot tub and it said there was one.

: The house itself was nice and tasteful. It’s a good location
: To rent the larger portion of the property and not have access to a garage is silly. Cleaning off a suburban is not exactly easy for a woman with even at 5’8” with average length arms. There are many misleading things about the advertising of this property. First of all the number should be lit at night. It took us 45 minutes on Chamonix to find it. The amenities are listed but none are available. The lack of snow play is silly but what rules you make are your own choice. Robes and new dishcloths and dish towels are needed. There is no place a towel to dry it after bathing. You need champagne flutes (not beer mugs)...and placemats and some firewood

: there where multiple issues with our rental and I feel that I deserve a refundThis place could be a very nice rental but the lack of many common items is confusing. No curtains on the bathroom windows or living area where the fold out bed isNo microwave Very few extra blanketsInternet not working TV not working Only 2 chairs for the little table but we booked 2 adults and 2 children And most of all no book of instructions on the unitI own a rental house in Hawaii I know that details matterAt over $ 400 a night I think the value is not there
