  : The house itself has a lot of space and the newly designed kitchen was nice, minus the sink that leaked and unlean counters and coffee pot on arrival.
  : There was an undisclosed $200 pet fee required at check in that wasn't mentioned in the final booking price. Given it was pet friendly and a $350 cleaning fee, we didn't expect more charges. They say it's in their welcome email but it is at the bottom in fine print and Booking.com says final price when you book the house. ***BEWARE of Red Awning properties*** The $350 cleaning fee went straight into their pocket as when we arrived the floors, bathroom mirrors, kitchen counters and coffee pot were all dirty (pictures sent to on-site manager). The sink leaked underneath and we had to deal with that as well. There is loud construction on a new house next door that went on early Saturday and Sunday mornings that was never disclosed. Turn Key (on-site manager) was as helpful as they could be, but the rental company Red Awning is a scam artist company with ZERO customer service. Booking.com tried to intervene but Red Awning was unhelpful and rude, over chat because you can't actually talk to a live person. I will never rent a property they own again. BEWARE if you don't want your card charged extra fees. Check their BBB rating, you'll see I am not alone. Too bad because the house has a nice space and the kitchen upgrade is really nice. But the overall price and hidden fees are not worth it.
