  : Very good location to lots of interesting places and sea sides. Love this part of Cornwall.
  : Did not like the pot holed road leading to the accommodation. Hit a few deep pot holes. The stairs would be safer if the hand rail was a bit lower ! Other than that, it is excellent in everything else.

  : Sticking front door, and the handle failed so had to climb out the kitchen window to open it from the outside. But it was fixed the same day so all good

  : The location was fabulous. The property is stunning, especially the bathroom. We felt at home straightway and were sad to leave.

  : Everything you need for a week away, clean tidy and modern, quiet location, central for a trip to cornwall, lovely welcome food parcel enjoyable after a day of travel
  : Access road is a little rough as suggested in other reviews - although once you know where the potholes are it is easy to navigate, stairs very steep may be difficult for some

  : the property was finished to a high specification with excellent fittings and fixtures. the conversion of the original barn has been carried out beautifully
  : There is no internet WiFi connection, which made the holiday more difficult for arranging bookings and no on- demand tv.

  : Coat hooks by the door and a clothes horse would be good for drying clothes when unable to use line outside or tumble dryer.
