  : Breakfast was good. The staff at checkout was very friendly and helpful. My room condition was excellent! I loved the convenience of the location to my conference.
  : The breakfast was the same every day. I understand the efficiency of that, but it got boring. The staff at check-in was not very welcoming. And...the construction! The interior of the hotel had several places where ongoing work was obvious, but that was not that big a deal. The parking lot was a major problem, especially in the evening. Several parking spaces were blocked off or made inaccessible by the containers and other byproducts of construction. I think some guests ended up having to park away from the hotel and walk. I spoke with a fellow educator at my conference who specifically said they had chosen a different hotel because of the parking situation at this one.

  : The second floor hallway had a pungent order. The room smelled of stale mildew. Even with the A/C turned up to 75 the room was freezing.
