  : Great location on Sevan lake. Breakfast was very good.
  : No one seems to staff the reception area. It was raining when we arrived and reception was locked ( we had sent a message via Booking saying when we would arrive and the property answered back so we werent a surprise ) and no one was around. Fortunately the driver who brought us from Areni was able to ask around and track down the manager to check us in. The water in the bathroom was cold which wasnt ideal as the room temperature was also very cold since there was no heat even though it was 8C outside and rainy. We were provided a space heater when we asked so the room was fine at night. Wifi was ok when we first got there, but then slowed way down and was very spotty and mostly unusable from 9pm until we checked out.

  : By lakeside, great view of bird life, dogs, cats and the lake. Food, especially breakfast, was excellent. Friendly staff. Good value. Easy parking.
  : Its just off the main highway, so traffic noise spoils the otherwise tranquil setting.

  : We liked the setting and the breakfast (one of the best we had in Armenia!). We also slept well. And we liked the view on the lake!
  : Lots of cats that manage easily to get to the dining / breakfast area.

  : Very big rooms, all on the side of the lake with private beach. On-site restaurant was tasty and good price and breakfast has a great selection too.
  : The rooms were cold in end of September and the radiators were not on. There were no wardrobes or shelves in rooms so nowhere to put the clothes apart from on the sofa or one railing with a single hanger. Shower took some time to heat up but understandable as the location is remote.
