  : The room was a not clean when we got there. Sheets had cigarette holes all over, smelled like smoke,had to pay a deposit! Which I was taking back. The lady in the front didn't even greet me and was rude.

  : The size of the room, the price, the helpfulness of the staff member at the desk
  : 1. The parking lot was gated, indicating there were problems with crime at the location.2. The windows were screwed shut, further indicating problems with crime at the location.3. There was a bad smell in the room. I couldn't open he window to try to air it out and wasn't going to sleep with the door open. The only other available room at the property had too small a bed so we couldn't move to that. The receptionist found us some spray that housekeeping staff uses and let us use that. The smell of that spray was better than the original smell, but overly strong.I did not see anything around the property that indicated it was a bad location, but the property precautions suggest it was. There were lots of cameras focused on the parking lot and property, which is good, I guess, but also suggests there have been problems there.Putting a code at the gate is not a great precaution. Once the gate was open, at least one other car could enter behind the first one, and I saw a person walking through behind a car.

  : The woman who checked us in was excellent. She came to help with the TV & switched our room when she saw it.
  : The 1st room smelled..was dirty. Part missing to coffee & very dirty. Cigarette burns everywhere. Day person gave us a hard time getting coffee.

  : I felt like I was in jail could only leave with the car and had to ask the person at the office to let you back in. in the room smelled like some one smoking supposedly a non smoking room with the blankets with cigarette holes what else can I say I will not come back

  : staff were pleasant, room was clean.
  : furniture was old, mattress was hard and uncomfortable, floors were broken and buckling in spots. people with pets let them dedicate on sidewalks and upper landing. Had no elevator.
