Pool very Dirty obvious unclear with Algea growth around whole bottom sides. Hot tub available but in-Heated..

  : It set on fire at 4am and all the guests were evacuated. Half a nights sleep and no breakfast !Tucson fire department were great - very efficient and great communication

  : The staff was great. Jasmine at the front desk checked us in early so my mom, a recent amputee/wheelchair-bound, could rest after a long commute. She also asked the maintenance men to look for a shower chair since our room had no roll-in shower. She also personally delivered it to our room. The room was clean, free breakfast, and took advantage of the business center in the lobby to answer a couple of work emails.
  : There were two fires during our stay. On Thursday, after having dinner, we returned to the hotel, and the fire department was there. We had to wait in the lobby for over an hour until they cleared the smoke with fans and said it was safe for guests to return to their rooms (around 9 p.m.). Then, at 4 a.m., the fire alarm went off, and we all had to evacuate the building. No one was hurt, but the building was deemed unsafe. Around 6am, we were able to go back into our rooms and grab our things with firemen as escorts.

  : It was poorly maintained and the breakfast was flavorless. MEANWHILE, it caught on fire and we had to pay for 4 nights at another hotel. How do we get a refund?????? We stayed at the Westward Look Resort by Wyndam.
