Disappointing

  : We liked the view, the private beach, the area and the design of the rooms!
  : We were here 2 years ago.. Compared to this it was kind of a disappointment. Got a tiny apartament - half the size of 2 years ago and booking didnt show the m2. The couch can be opened, but a 1 cm thick matress is there, very uncomfortable. The bedroom is seperated without a television - no cooling there. There were a lot of construction happening - and we would expect a cheaper price for this tiny room. We dont know why but the tables and chairs were very tall - for my 70 year old father it was very uncomfy for sit there.

  : Apartment itself was nice- modern clean and comfy, nice view from the balcony, spacious rooms, all appliances were working.
  : Value wasnt worth the price. Its not really apartment itself issue but the location. It was the worst during our trip to Croatia. It felt more like being at the lake rather than at the sea, water was algae green, in front od the apartment there was concrete platform to lie on with many old boats in the water. There were just a few mediocre restaurants in the area. We felt like its more a place for people of Zadar for a close weekend getaway than a holiday resort, it really depends what you are looking for- we werent looking for that.

  : Location, sun sets and overall cleanliness and comfort were very good. Nice and kind hosts who can communicate in English and are very friendly. A bottle of wine and some cold beers in the fridge were a very nice touch as well.
  : WiFi got super slow during the days and it disconnected for some time on the day before my departure. I think it still should be possible for the host to get a better service as one restaurant nearby had much better and faster connection on multiple occasions I tried it.

  : A great location and apartment for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is ideal for a couple. Marko the host is great and was really helpful as it was our first visit to Croatia.
  : Only a small issue, but a washing machine would be useful, especially if staying longer than a week.

  : Perfect Organisation, son and father Organized everything Perfect. Barbecue location very professional. Perfect view to sea and only 5 meters to the sea!!! Nice nice nice Very clean and modern apartment. Not far to Biograd and very lovely Zadar.
