  : Helpful staff. Great selection of dolci at breakfast. Not my thing in the morning but very traditional. Parking is very secure. Location is ideal. Room/studio was clean.

  : It was terrible. The apartment is completely smoky, although there is a sign prohibiting smoking. We tried to ventilate, but it is impossible to get rid of this musty smell. There is a private kitchen, but no kettle. There is one old greasy frying pan and a saucepan in the kitchen. There is one spoon, one fork and many knives. There are two glasses, but not a single mug. We bought disposable tea cups and plastic forks and spoons because we didn't want to use the old and greasy ones that were provided. What a surprise it was when our disposable dishes were brazenly thrown away the next morning. New and clean disposable dishes that we bought were just thrown away. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom, you need to beg at the reception from the staff who does not really understand English. A huge disappointment. Uncomfortable beds, the oldest blankets in my life. There is a bar downstairs with noisy customers. The only pleasant moment is the very kind and helpful staff who serves breakfast.
