Despite the aging appearance, the warmth and professionalism of the staff more than make up for any cosmetic shortcomings. From check-in to check-out, their attentiveness and willingness to assist create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the lovely breakfast offered at the hotel. A wide array of delicious options awaited us each morning, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The attention to detail and variety provided catered to different preferences, making it a delightful culinary experience. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations. Despite the need for renovation in some areas of the hotel, the rooms were impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout our stay. In summary, while Hotel Orchidea may benefit from some updates in its physical infrastructure, its greatest assets lie in its staff's friendliness, the quality of the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the accommodations.   : Very kind helpful welcome, free water throughout our stay very grateful. Parking excellent and secure. Room was good and location good. Loved old maps of Torino in stairwell.
