  : The location is near one of the best farmers' markets I ever visited. Key city attractions are 5-10 minutes of walk. The neighborhood is multicultural. You will get one bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. The apartment design is fabulous.
  : Bad for the third person is not an option for more than one night. They have floor heating, I am not sure is it familiar for the most of visitors, some instruction could help them.

  : The need to get the key at the office, which is about 10-15 minutes drive away from the apartment. That was not clear by the reservation and was really an unpleasant surprise. Very noisy apartment! You can laterally hear how the neighbors walk!Not a nice area (its walking distance to the city center though).Could be cleaned better. Bad quality of towels and linen.

  : Heating, shower, good quality towels, balcony, wine as a present (though we'd prefer to find it in the apartment rather than carrying it for 2km from the reception)
  : Why work in the hospitality sector if you don't know what 'hospitable' means? The apartment is managed by a 'professional' company that will ask you (not nicely) to: collect the keys at the reception 2 km away from the apartment, pay the city tax in cash only, avoid using extra towels or pay extra, take out all the trash and throw it in the correct containers (without specifying where the containers are or what correct means), leave the apartment by 10:00am and send a picture of the keys on a table. The elevator in the building can be used only with the keys, so if you've left them in the apartment after checking out, you have to walk down the stairs with your luggage, but this isn't something they'll explain either. The apartment was prepared for a wrong number of people, so we closed the sofa bed ourselves. The WhatsApp status of our contact said ''No calls only text'', but they didn't reply to our last text message either, perhaps because we had already checked out and they didn't care anymore. As for the apartment itself, I understand it's not expensive, but it would have been great to find soap and a bottle of water, they don't cost much. We'd also be happy to avoid knowing the hair color of the previous guests, as the hairs were everywhere on the floor and bed linen. In the wintertime they leave a bed sheet and a duvet without a cover, so it had stains and hairs everywhere.
