After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs: EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30.
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement is 01:30.

: The location is quite okay, 4-5 minutes walk to the edge of Old Town i.e Duomo or the huge daily market. Just a couple of blocks from the tram or bus station (Tabacchi is hard to find though). The neighborhood is somewhat peaceful, but we were there during summer holiday with half of the city gone anyway. The flat was very spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped with basic seasonings. Shower is hot and powerful except the drain is easily flooded; Wi-fi works fine and towels were included. Although the outdoor temperature is high, inside the flat it is surprisingly cool and air circulation is good with the many windows.
: We picked up the keys from the office and the staff took a photo of both sides of our ID with a smartphone, which is in no means a proper way to handle identification documents. Also, there is no receipt after paying the tourist tax and you need to send an email to someone else to get it (?!). Inside the flat there is only two drops of detergent to wash dishes and the wardrobe is stuffed with their things instead of for the guests' use. No information on how to navigate or travel back/to your flat with public transport.

: Nice apartment in a very convenient location, nice part of Torino, on the edge of the city centre. Market nearby is fantastic. The company that runs it - Clean BnB - is very responsive and helpful.
: Some basic necessities like washing up liquid, paper towels, bin liners were missing. Not a single drop of snack/milk/cereal, which according to the CleanBnB (company that runs it) they are not allowed to provide, so come prepared if you arrive late, supermarkets nearby close by 7pm. Finally, WiFi did not work for us.
