MarktlAlm Turracher Höhe with its villages Almdorf Turrach and Almdorf Sonnleitn is located on the Turracher Höhe mountain pass at 1711 metres above sea level. It consists of 30 huts and a restaurant amid Europe's largest Swiss stone pine forest. The huts feature a fully equipped kitchen a dining corner a living room with a wood-burning oven and free of charge firewood. They also have a terrace or a balcony.
Some units feature a wood-fired sauna. Typical Carinthian and Styrian specialties can be enjoyed in the restaurant on site. On request fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your door every morning. The slopes can be reached via a ski path across the street.
You can also use the free shuttle service taking you to the ski schools and ski lifts and back again.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Wood, water and waste disposal are included in the price. Electricity, local taxes, as well as bed linen and towels, are not included. Guest are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
