  : Great value, outdoor areas were fab, pools a little chilly, but it was October. Restaurant was always well stocked, but the menu was very similar each day. Entertainment staff were lovely, really good fun despite their dwindling audience at the end of the season. Despite the poorer points below we would definitely come back as its really good value for money and the entertainment team really made it.
  : Some of the staff could be surly to the point of rudeness. Bar staff told people they had run out of ice cream to avoid serving- this was soon put right after a word with the manager, but not the sort of thing youd expect! Despite big signs saying towels would be removed from loungers if reserved unfairly you had to get up at 6am to nab a lounger!!! Rooms although clean were very tired, the curtains didnt meet so letting in lots of early morning light (although a handy reminder to get up and go get a lounger...)
