  : Location is perfect, and the view from our windows was wonderful. The building is new and there is a grocery shop on the ground floor. The apartment itself was spacious, and there were all sorts of little things present: from salt and instant coffee to used safety razors. There was also a water cooler with drinking water, which was really nice! For the tap water is very bad there, which becomes apparent from the electric kettle condition. The parking in front of the building was affordable (0.5 KM / h or 4 KM / day).
  : There was a little bit too much communication with the host concerning our check-in. But it was completely our fault, because we're having a road trip, not teleporting from A to B, and couldn't tell the exact time of our arrival. Unfortunately, there was a stale smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. But eventually we got used to it. The apartment was full of alcohol beverages, from beer to whiskey, some of them in opened bottles. We had do contact our host to find out they're not free of charge, but couldn't find any price list for 'minibar' anywhere. That's not a problem for us (we drink our own drinks anyways), but may potentially lead to a confusing situation for somebody.
