  : The bed was exceptionally hard, there are no curtains on the windows only blinds that were plastic and half worked. Window could only open slightly, not to mention the small shrimp crustaceans found all over my rug in the morning.

  : We found out after booking and calling the hotel that they had stopped serving food. Breakfast was continental without boiled eggs.

  : The location!! The view and sunrise were amazing!!!!! Staff were friendly and advised there would be local musician on during evening (9-10:30pm Wedshe was really good to be fair!) recommend Seafood shack for dinner (2mins walk). Local ferry and fishing port opposite didnt distract from our stay. Staying above a pub didnt distract from our stay as was expected some local noise. Would stay again 100%. Smelt and felt really clean and cared for. Ooohhhh and Nespresso coffee room in sea view room we had.

  : We spent only one night in Ullapool and am glad we made the decision to stay at the Arch Inn. The room was cozy and clean. We loved the view outside our room as it was facing the loch.
  : As we were on the ground floor, and facing the road, the noise from the patrons of the bar once they come out can be a bit noisy. Other than that, everything else was lovely.

  : Great location on the Loch front. Watched the ferries come in and easy enough to find.
  : NA but will say if you want a quiet stay it is above a live music bar - this did not bother us.
