  : The breakfast and the thai ladies.
  : Every wall is plastic walling. It vibrated everytime someone closed a door to their room.The room was small and horrible. Only one towel. So the room was actually a single room. Seperate showers from the room. We were asked if we wanted an upgrade which cost more money. I coule not see the value in doing this.. i would not recomend this place for a good rest thats for sure. I would not ever stay again. Totally disatified

  : The room was not fit for two people. There were no windows, no TV. Just a mono wall with barely space for two people to move around. Definitely not a double room.Claustrophobic was the best adjective to describe it.

  : The room was compact but perfect for a couple of nights, with a lovely comfy bed and the shower was excellent. We had an issue with the key card to get back in at night and subsequently were locked out for around an hour until someone from the hotel came to let us in, as the hotel is not manned at night or past 11ish at night. This was highly stressful as my medications, which are time-specific, were in the room, and I suffered due to not being able to gain entry. We were actually booked to stay for three nights, but due to the issue with the door and being locked out, we left a day early and booked in somewhere else, as we didn't want to chance being locked out again. The morning we left, there was no reception staff to help us discuss a refund for the night we were going to miss despite us leaving around 8 a.m. and during the breakfast sitting. The waitress told me to leave my details and room number and that she would get someone to contact us, but they never did.

  : The hotel was easily accessible from Arlanda Airport.
  : No toilet facilities in the room. No window and no A/C made the room stuffy and hard to sleep in.
