  : comfortable beds, newer facilities, close to walmart, starbucks, restaurants,...
  : ice machine never worked on 3rd floor. reported serveral times. used 2nd and 4th until 4th quick working also. During our Wed thru Monday stay ice machine on our floor was always out of service.

  : Its always been a goto for happy hour, summer events and fun.
  : There were wedding parties on multiple floors that completely disregarded other guests. Noise, profanity, and all I can imagine was property damage ensued til about 3:30 am

  : It was nice except for the reception. We got there at 3:30 to check-in (as we needed to get ready) and our rooms were not ready. We checked back again at 5:30 and they still were not ready. We ended up getting ready at the reception hall of the wedding we were attending. I would like a full refund. I have been in touch via phone with booking.com and have not heard back. This is the FIRST time we have had a complaint with booking and have not heard back.

  : I liked the design of the rooms and the hardwood floors was just a enjoyable experience all the way around bed was a little stiff but still comfortable a very up to date modern hotel
  : The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not a huge deal

  : The website said there was a coffee maker and a hairdryer in each room. Our room did not have a hairdryer and the coffee maker didnt work. When I inquired at the desk I was told they didnt have any extra hairdryers or coffee makers.

  : The location was great, the size of room was great. The front desk attendants were very welcoming, polite, and helpful.
  : The restaurant being right where the check in desk made it incredibly loud and hard to understand what was going on and hear the desk attendant. TV in Master Bedroom did not work, Light in living area and bedroom would randomly turn on through the night until we unplugged it from wall. Hotel manager knocked on door very late at night without name tag or proof of being hotel staff and did not introduce self, when I answered the door the first thing he asked was "Sorry to bother you but do you have kids in there?" I did not appreciate that. He came to discuss a noise complaint, but the complaint was for the 4th floor when we were on the 2nd floor.
