  : Great location, easy check-in and check-out, overall pretty clean and easy access to everything.
  : The chairs were not the cleanest as well as the couch pillows (both were stained).

  : Loved the location and the photos showed that our apartment would be light, roomy and with a nice view. Denzel & Jort were extremely helpful - good sense of customer service!!
  : We were not informed in advance that cash payments for the apartment were not acceptable! The bathroom was so cramped, a person could hardly get around the sink to sit down on the toilet! To access the apartments on the upper two floors, the stairs at both ends of the building are so dark, it's actually dangerous to climb & down the stairs - help!

  : The location is excellent, the access using the electronic key was really great and made check in so easy. The apartment was clean and it felt very safe.
  : Bedroom was tiny with 2 beds squeezed in, it meant it was really stuffy at night. The sofa was stained which was a little off-putting and hasn't had a vacuum between the cushions in some time ( I dropped something between them and found a lot of grime while searching for it)

  : The stairs! Being on the third floor with no lift was not foreseen. Was difficult as I have a problem with my leg! Lack of welcome pack: map of area, info on area ie nearest supermarket.

  : The appartment is compact, central and convenient with a Jumbo supermarket (good choice of fresh & other food) within a 5 min walk. We loved the view from the window over the canal and the quiet location, in easy walking distance of the centre. The kitchen is certainly adequate, with induction hob, combi oven/microwave, kettle, dishwasher and espresso coffee maker. There's a comfy sofa, flat screen TV and CD/DVD player. Laundry facilities are on the ground floor. The staff were there to greet us and explain how things worked, also available for any problems during our stay.
  : The bedroom is small, with only room for the bed, which is fine but a shelf over the bed or smaller shelves bedside would be good for a glass of water, book etc - having to put these on the floor wasn't good. Also, please add a few more basic kitchen utensils, like a spatula, a couple of glass bowls, a couple more sets of crockery & cutlery.In the living room, there's no lighting other than the main, very harsh, ceiling lights - some wall lights and a reading light would be useful.The appartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift and steep steps - OK for us, but anyone with mobility issues may struggle.

  : The location was great, and the apartment quite spacious, clean and well equipped.
  : The beds were very squeaky, my boyfriend and I kept sliding in between the 2 beds each time we tried to get close to each other at night.
