  : The staff were amazing; even they did not speak well Englishl, they tried their best to makes us feel welcome. They gave us translated menu, they always had a smile on their face whenever the situation. I truly appreciate all their warm spirits. In terms of the location, it is situated in the middle of everything. The closest supermarket was 2 minutes away and the farthest was 7 minutes away. Also, the owner gave us a tour through the Museum the hotel has on one of the buildings which was very interesting on learning more about Hungarian culture. And the food was amazing; I was hesitant because everyone told me the food was very spicy. But I never had one dish with spicy food.
  : When I arrived to my room, the heater was set up to 5 (the highest) and the temperature inside was around 31 degrees. It is a very small room and I was melting inside. I was not the only guest with this problem and we all asked the staff to help us, at least to turn on the A/C (it was blocked). This caused me to have migraines almost every day. The staff tried very hard to make us feel welcome, but the owner/the city (we do not know), were not flexible or understanding. At the end, we all had to stay in our rooms with the windows open, a temperature of 22 to 26 degrees (depending on the time of the day), and with mosquitos.

  : The outside of the hotel is nice and welcoming, with plenty of space outside. Food choice is limited and local, but not bad.
  : The place is old and drab, with a lingering mushy smell in the background, at least the section where I slept (there are newer sections which I didn't see). The room i covered almost entirely by the bed, with no chair nor table, so basically if you are inthe room (and not in the bathroom) you have to stay in bed, there is no room for anything else. There was no room cleaning (two nights stay). The bathroom only has an impractical hand soap dispender, not suitable for the shower. The place is fitted with a large quantity of hunting trophies, heads of endangered animals hanging on the walls.

  : Location, restaurant.Dinner was good.
  : We booked 3 rooms , 2 superior rooms 20sq.m with double beds and one standard room. However, we received 3 same small standard rooms, all with separate beds. The price for superior room was higher than for the standard.The second, it was extreamly hot in the rooms.

  : The personel was nice and helpfull - when the air conditionig in our original room wasnt working, there was no problem with changing it for another apartment. The builidings looks nice and rooms were clean.
  : The air conditioning did not work. The fridge in the room offered instead didn't work (it was placed in the room, but there wasn't even contact to plug it in). The swimming pool in the hotel was also not working, and there was a loud party in the building, which we were not warned about.
