  : The hotel has a good location close to the central station and a pleasant lobby. The rooms also have a modern and comfy design. The shower is good.
  : My personal experience was that the room was not cleaned properly at my arrival. I notified the staff about this and they could not switch me to a new room as the hotel was fully booked. Cleaning at that time was also not available. Unlucky, but sometimes that is what it is. What I did not like though was that my room was not cleaned the other day of my stay either. I think that if a guest informs you that a room is not clean (especially the bathroom) and you aren't able to offer another room, then at least place it on the cleaning list for the day after... Anyway, someone of management would contact me to look at some sort of arrangement but that hasn't happen until today. I have to add that the staff at the counter has been friendly during the entire stay and when I informed them, yet for the price per night, I expect better!
