  : The location is lovely. We like to run and there are excellent maps and trails for trail running. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options and the homemade granola exceptional. Outside eating was pleasant. Staff helpful and accommodating.
  : The room was on the small size with no dresser or closet so we could not empty our suitcases. One side of our bed was up against the wall, so exiting it was by going off the end, which we were able to handle. There were an amazing number of flies in the area and with no screens on any windows, flies were everywhere and this was disturbing. We asked to move rooms as our initial room had many flies. Our new room had not been opened, apparently, and so we were able to keep the flies out by not opening the windows, but then we did not have air circulating. There was really nothing that the hotel could do about the flies, but it was not a fun experience. They were also numerous in the dining room, but again, we just dealt with it. I feel bad for the hotel as this probably upset other guests as well.

  : The staff was rude. Probably because of stress due to it being very clear their manager was a bad leader or what not. This made the visit quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was surrounded by flies (!!) and the food not enough. We had to book time for breakfast (which is perfectly normal for COVID-times) a lot of the food was finished such as scrambled eggs and more. When we asked if there were planning on making more the staff was very, very rude. The breakfast experience and supply was poor. When we asked for us to bring a bottle of wine in the room they switched the wine glasses for plastic ones. We felt it was due to them being afraid people would bring the glasses home (!!). That was being signaled. As a total - the level of service and comfortability was not where it should have been looking at how they market themselves. And the bad vibe, attitude and service brought the experience down. Very much. We will not be coming back.
