  : We got coffee that was pretty good.
  : Staff wasn’t very friendly. Hallways ways smelled musty. We had a non smoking room that had cigarette burn holes in the carpet and the shower wouldn’t get hot with no water pressure at all, and lastly the bed was so old and worn out we felt like we were sleeping on cinder blocks

  : We had bugs in our room. All they did was change our rooms but didn’t compisate anything. Then when we asked for a discount or some kind of compensation, they told us no because we moved rooms. We only moved rooms because they had us in a room with BUGS.

  : The shower in the first room we were in did not work AT ALL when realized it we contacted the front desk and we’re hung up on so we walked down to speak with the woman working and she informed us she could open up another room down the hall and we could walk down to shower. We then proceeded to ask why couldn’t we move to another room instead of being asked to walk down the hall to shower every day or we wanted to be refunded. The woman agreed to move us to another room but we were unable to utilize the kitchen considering we were told they were over booked and no pots or pans available. And there several young groups partying in the rooms near us loud and people in and out all night.

  : I traveled with my daughter and her 2 little children (ages 6 & 4)! I did not like the fact that the first thing I had to do (on my vacation) when we arrived, was clean the filthy dirty sink, the refrigerator, wipe down all the counter spaces (kitchen and bathroom) and table tops!PRETTY MUCH CLEAN UP THE WHOLE ROOM!!!I let the concierge know about the room right away, and informed them the following morning That the kitchen sink was dirty because it was clogged and therefore draining very slowly!….and the mess was from the water sitting in there and then finally draining!!! Also, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. And the AC worked on and off the whole week we were there!!! They promised to have the maintenance guy come in that day (Friday), and fix the sink. Unfortunately, none of the issues were resolved the whole week we were there. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
