  : The location of the townhome was excellent, close to the buses which we didn't use and across the street from the Racquet Club which costs $35/adult/day and $15/child/day and $35/person who just want to watch their grandkids in the pool. The space was excellent with so much room for our family of 7 and the location with the creek running beside it and greenbelt for playing with the kids and all the gorgeous trees was awesome. It was nice having a garage too. Turnkey provided plenty of TP, paper towels, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, fans and some spices. A dustbuster and vacumn and a very nice washer/dryer were great. We had some glitches with a broken bed, FP and confusion as to how to access the TV but Turnkey provided us with almost immediate attention and sent a handyman 3 times till the problems were solved. They couldn't have been more attentive to our needs!!
  : The unit is very run down aesthetically with tired bedding and window coverings. Almost none of the indwelling blinds in the windows worked leaving us with dark rooms. The shades in the living room need to have cleats on the windows to prevent kids from entangling themselves or breaking the lines used to draw the shades up and down. Would also be nice if all the windows worked and could be opened. The drawers in the bedrooms were broken but usable and provided plenty of storage. The kitchen rug needs either to be cleaned or removed and replaced by a cushioned rubber mat. There is neither an ice maker in the fridge or ice trays in which to make ice. Instructions for the TV and Roku would be helpful. Kleenex box would be nice. Coasters that actually fit the glassware to prevent staining of the wood furniture would be nice. Inspection of the FP to insure the pilot light was lite. A lamp for the downstairs bedroom so that one could read would be nice. A working trashcan in the kitchen would be nice. Plastic place mats, replacing missing knob on the kitchen drawer and coffee table, hardware for the back storm door to prevent it from slamming into the outside wall and breaking the glass, soap dishes for the bathrooms, small patio table, serving bowls, trash can for downstairs bedroom, some plastic dinnerware, extra set of sheets (our grand baby got sick several times and we had to wash and dry the sheets in the middle of the night) all would be nice to really make this a 1st class unit.
