  : Great European style breakfast that was ready on time. Hotel staff clearly keeping the hotel, bar and restaurant clean. Prompt housekeeping service for the room. Friendly, helpful staff.
  : Less than optimal parking situation. Restaurant and bar had issues with supplies. Down comforters as the only bedding choice is challenging. Even sleeping with the windows open, the bed was too warm. Fans in the room helped but are noisy to have on all night. Water for showers was not hot; there is a lot of wasted water while waiting for the shower to heat up.

  : Love the convenience of the location. Including breakfast is a plus, the fruit selection is nice. The staff was nice to accommodate us playing cards in the lobby.
  : Would have loved to have a cappuccino for breakfast and some more options like granola or nuts with the fruit and yogurt.

  : Everything! this hotel states it is handicapped accessible! NO its not, there are stairs everywhere! Two sets of elevators that is very confusing. No parking unless you are forced to use the underground parking which goes to the elevator that doesnt go to the floor that our room was on. $40 for parking that was not mentioned when I booked. No acessibility for hadicapped person, had to ride elevator to 3rd floor then walk down hallway to 8 stairs down, then down long hallway to room. The room was fairly clean, but all the windows in the hotel was closed and very stuffy stale air.No A/C! opened windows without screens, fan over bed was the only movement of air. Wouldnt stay if it were FREE. I would like refund!

  : No air conditioning and no early check in. 4pm is check in time and we had been up since 2am EST and were ready crash but couldn’t get into room early.

  : There is no air conditioning, which can make things uncomfortable if you don't like sleeping with an open balcony.Fans are available though.One of the beds was a bit suspiciously wobbly.
