  : Located well... at least it would be for the winter season.
  : Vast and characterless high-rise lodging at an inflated price. Nothing is included; not bed sheets, not toilet roll, not curtains. Hopefully those last two aren’t related. Breaking €100 euros for the night you would hope for something mildly pleasant, but this a run down, no-frills accommodation far past it’s best. Bring your own everything (including window blinds) and it’d up to par at a lesser price. Val Thorens also seems to be all but a ghost town in the summer months, though obviously no fault of the property.

  : The property was in a great location just a shame it was in such poor condition.
  : In 26 years of snowboarding this was the worst property I have stayed in. Very rough round the edges,bed laths broken draws dropping to pieces equipment not working. General decor shabby , would benefit from a bit of TLC and a lick of paint. Very small ideal for 2 adults plus child not 5 Adults!!!Litter in corridors waste food etc.

  : The cleanliness was none existent the place was covered in hairs in the bathroom. The bedroom had tissues all over the place and definitely hadn’t been hoovered. We ordered 8 sets of Bed sheets to be there and there was only 5 present. The concierge cabin wasn’t open at all while we were there so had to put up with bare beds! The lock code was set 1 digit out so couldn’t get into the room for 2 hours after no help from the phone number provided. So many mores problems but full review will be put one trip advisor. WOULD 100% NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

  : The location - it was just on the foot of the slopes and in the centre. Lock box was handy. Sofa bad was comfortable
  : The appartement was filthy dirty - bins full, ashtray full, bathroom disgusting - not cleaned. The shower was broken - and despite 8 calls never it fixed for the whole holiday. The dishwasher leaked all over- we couldn’t use it. The linen was not included - delivered at 11.00 at night and they forget the pillow cases - which we did not receive for 2 days - despite calling 21 times. The ladder in the children’s room was broken and dangerous. We paid 2000 for 23m of awfulness!! Lucky we had friends so we could shower in their apartment. We rang over 30 times and got a lady that even speak French. A disgrace.

  : No toaster. No kettle. Bedding dirty. Blocked pipes. No key for boot locker. Parties in other rooms way after 9 pm. Mont blanc useless to help. Really really poor service
