  : Need where hard no breakfast but advertised there was had a 100 dollar room deposit that I didn't know about until I got there then took 72 hrs to be returned to my card 3rd floor stunk and was extremely hot

  : Room smelled like mold. Room is old and rust on doors. Very humid until ac on. Needs to update the air conditioner. Room did get better after ac ran for awhile.

  : Stayed there. Ended up catching a flat in their parking lot. I had to get up as a disabled woman and go get my tire fixed. Went to front desk and explained to them. I had a flat and that could they recommend me somewhere to go when I got back to the hotel where I had left or had left my children. There was somebody of age there with them. My oldest son is over 18. My youngest son is eight. I have my nephew that was six there. I didn't want to bring them with me to get a flat fixed ed and they refused to give me my deposit back because we were 2 hours after check-in. I said I would would like to extend my stay instead of paying for a whole day for 2 hours and they were not very nice. They actually got into an argument Aunt. The guy in the front was going to get into a physical altercation with my son and went to walk outside after him. I would not recommend this hotel. It was not very clean. The toilets didn't flush the breakfast they had out. They didn't replenish it and they were shutting it down way before time and they had a horrible communication skills. I feel like they just robbed me for my deposit. They wouldn't let me use a card. They said they needed cash. I should have knew then to find another place. Obviously I would not recommend this place to anybody at all. I explained to them that my toilet wasn't flush. They told me they didn't even have a plunger to help me. They didn't put me in another room. Eventually they did produce a plunger but nobody came to help me and gave me nothing to clean with. I feel like I was robbed. If you do decide to stay here, please check the parking lot for nails and make sure you have cleaners and a plunger with you because you will need it. Just know that they will find a reason to keep your deposit. When I called to speak with general manager, the Monday after we stayed there they said she wasn't there and that they would have her call me back and I never received a call back.
  : I feel this place is a scam. Toilets barely flushed. One of the beds in the room was soft. The other one was extremely hard. And they took $150 of my money for checking out 2 hours later when I asked if I could just extend my stay for the inconvenience. They told me no that I would have to pay for another night because $150 was with a cleaning fees that they had to pay their housekeepers for staying late to clean my room overheard one of the housekeepers saying it wasn't that bad to another housekeeper and she said do you want to work for free so they must get a bonus or that's how they get paid? I do believe this is a scam and it was a last minute thing to check into this hotel. I didn't have a chance to check the reviews or anything. That was a mistake on my part because in the reviews talked about how the tools didn't flush and comes with the deposit lesson learned. I will not be going back there nor will I be recommending this to anybody to stay there

  : There isn’t a single redeeming quality about this cesspit of a hotel. It would be truly impossible to list something I enjoyed here. Take the trip 10 miles further down the interstate and stay at a Hampton Inn property for near the same price. An absolutely disgusting rat hole hotel with bad facilities and worse staff.
  : After booking a double queen in advance, we arrived to the Sleep Inn and received a room key to a room already occupied by squatters. When we returned to the front desk to get this sorted out, we were informed there were no more double queens available. No one at the front desk was willing to go and kick the squatters out of our room. After asking to speak to the manager to sort out a solution, the manager told us the only solution was to pay double our original rate to reserve two single queen rooms. No action was taken to make our situation right, and when we asked her to give us the name of someone higher up, the manager told us to leave the property or she would be calling the police to escort us off. A pathetic and rude staff combined with a filthy roach infested hotel that is falling apart at the seams. Nothing positive to say about this disgusting location. It would be of better use as a pile of rubble.

  : They canceled my reservation for no reasonable reason… only to tell me they had no more rooms. Then to turn around and tell me they had a room that was smaller then what i originally booked and that it would be higher then the bigger room. Yea no thanks

  : Booked on Booking.com and when we got there the room key that they gave the other family we were traveling with opened to a room that already had people in it. When the family went down to report it, the staff asked them why there were people in there!?! (Good question!!!) And then they asked them what the people looked like that were in there! It was late at night and they would not give them two rooms with king beds to accommodate their family without charging them double the cost (even though they could not provide two queen beds as the reservation had confirmed). Very poor customer service The staff was not helpful in trying to accommodate them and getting them into new rooms and it was late at night. And it actually said they were going to call the cops if the family continued to ask questions. The breakfast was also less than stellar for sure! See pictures! (they had about eight egg circles soaking in water and apples, wrapped in saran wrap)
  : The entire first floor reeked of marijuana. There were french fries spilled all over the entryway when we first came in that no one bothered to clean up. We were guaranteed a roll away via an email received after booking and when we got there, there were no roll aways available, and she even proceeded to tell us (laughingly) that they also promised Rollways to two other families that had already checked in that they could not provide them for (like not funny at this point).
