  : There was no breakfast as such but complementary coffee and cake available in guest lounge area The location is good in some respects : near to amenity of all kinds - beach area , marina , cafes restaurants, and public transport metro and bus . The staff were pleasant and friendly. Everything very clean and essential comforts covered . The building has an element of old character to it .
  : I had a small double room on the first floor . This was comfortable but cramped : very small . These rooms directly overlook the main road and street . Noise from traffic and passers by could be intrusive . " Balcon" implies balcony - there was no balcony which might have offset this either ! Though clean there is evidence of wear and tear on some fixtures and fittings . The front entrance door to the property requires a.key ( doesn't slide open ) . There is also a high step which requires negotiating and getting used to - awkward for luggage too. Reception is on first floor and reception staff are not constantly in attendance . The rooms also require keys - these are a touch grungy to use. So some things here not as user friendly as they could be .
