  : The location was convenient
  : There was no lift and no staff so no help with heavy luggage up the stairs. The room I got was not the one from any photos. They have purposefully not shown the tiny rooms on the photos. The room is too small to open your suitcase fully and there is no suitcase stand

  : Centrally located on a quiet street. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.
  : No 24hr front desk as described. This was a virtually reception which is not made plain in the description. We were on edge wondering whether we would receive the admission code. Question - what would happen if you havent a mobile phone, or lost it, or it just didnt work. THIS REALLY NEEDS EXPLAINING FULLY IN THE DESCRIPTION.

  : Great location, clean, and good coffee
  : We asked for an early check in in advance and was not allowed one even though, while leaving our luggage at the place hours before the check-in time, we noticed our room was already ready. Also, it is overpriced given the small size of the room and no facilities (it is not a hotel).

  : Despite the site saying there is 24 hour reception, there is no physical presence just a phone number to call. I received an email before our arrival requesting us to check in on line - the first indication that there was no actual reception at the hotel. The information on the site is very misleading. We were able to access our room early which was appreciated but the stress of not knowing whether the whole process would work was something we could have done without. Pity help you if your access to emails or ability to make phone calls was unavailable. A 24 hour phone number is very different to having a 24/7, manned reception desk.

  : Excellent localization, cleanliness, luggage lockers and very helpfull staff, our guardian Arantxa was available and answered questions very quickly.

  : We left the luggage on the lockers, once we come back we found the locker open, I really don't like that
