  : Nice location, fully equipped flat, relatively new building. Very friendly personnel- definitely one of the largest pluses of this accomodation.
  : Very poor maintenance/ cleaning service- almost non existent. We asked to have additoonal cleaning on the apartment as it was dirty, but after this cleaning situation did not change much- we ended up cleaning the flat ourselves:(Pool area furniture is covered with fungus.

  : The smell in the hall when you arrive. Airco in the master bedroom did not work as good as the other rooms.

  : The location was ok.
  : There was almost nothing we liked about this property. It took almost 45 minutes to figure out who to call to even get into our room as there is no reception desk. Once getting in finally, the entry way smelled disgusting and the elevator smelled even worse (sour, putrid, hold your breath until you get up kinda smell). The room was bright, Ill give it that, but just bright enough to shine the light on the dirt and grime everywhere. The couch was so stained and dirty and we didnt even feel comfortable sitting on it. There was no mattress protector on the bed and the sheet was so thin that you could see the mattress through the sheet, not to mention the little hairs and sand on the sheet that we didnt want to sleep between the sheets. We had to pull the sheets off the other bed so that we could use them on the big bed. We wanted to wash them first to be sure theyre clean theres a clothes washer in the room but guess what! No detergent and no dryer! So we had wet sheets and had to hang them up in the room to dry. The bed had no blanket on it either so we pretty much had to make our own bed. The room only had two rolls of toilet paper, and with no room service to stock the room up we ran out of toilet paper on the third day. Do they expect you to buy your own toilet paper? There was a nespresso coffee maker but (wait for it) no pods for it! The place is advertised as on the beach or whatever but it was really overlooking the industrial area of the harbour and the beach was a 10 minute walk in the other direction. If you intend on having a stress-free and comfortable stay in Valencia, I do not recommend staying here!

  : Noisy esp at night/morning. Apartment door needs work so not to rattle.The twin bedroom was a single bed with a truckle underneath that we wasnt aware of.

  : Nice spot. We had a room with a port view. The apartment is relatively new and clean, modern looking. We had a comfortable stay and rest.
  : It's a bit of a journey going to the city centre and the old part of the city. The train or bus ride took us about 30-40 mins roughly. But if you'd rather be near the beach, it's perfect, about 10 mins walk to the nearest beach.

  : We stayed there for 8nights and there was no cleaning included, no change of sheets etc. They were charging us extra for this, which doesnt make sense to me. At least put in an extra pair of sheets and towels if cleaning isnMt included. The price was quite high in comparison to other apartments in Valencia. The swimming pool is super small, nothing like in the pictures.The second bedroom is very small, you cant sleep 2 people/adults in there.

  : Location was the best part; 10 min walk to the beach and lots of food options near by (including the best vegan restaurant in Valencia - Mestiza) and a small local supermarket with everything you need.
  : I reserved a 2-bed apartment and was given a 1-bed apartment; so this ruined the logistics of having a separate room for our 2-year old daughter, who ended up sleeping with us on our room. When I complained, I was told they were fully booked and didnt have any 2-bed apartments available. I was offered a meagre refund but decided to just take it and get on with my life. This was all annoying, but didnt ruin the holiday. Another annoyance was that we had been travelling all day with a 2 m-year old who really needed to sleep asap! So we really needed the baby crib set up and ready when we arrived. Not only was it not ready, it wasnt even in the apartment and it took them 90 mins to get it there, by which time it was too late and our daughters sleeping pattern for most of the holiday was a bit screwed up. Simple mistake had a long-term affect on our holiday and our daughters enjoyment of it. This is definitely something that should be improved.
