  : Fantastic location in the heart of the city centre on Placa de la Reina allows you to explore Valencia's greatest attractions on foot. Countless cafes and restaurants, souvenir shops. A 10-minute walk to the metro, which will take you to the airport in 20 minutes. The hotel is adjacent to La Seu de Valencia - the cathedral where the Holy Grail is displayed in the Capilla del Santo Cliz. We rented a "Queens Room with view" for a week. We collected the keys ourselves from a coded locker. Room comfortable, spacious with fireplace and air conditioning. Large bathroom with all comforts, fresh towels every day. Lovely staff available on site from morning until 11 p.m. Jose is very contactable and helpful - speaks excellent English! He surprised us every day with delicious coffee and cake - which he bakes himself! We are very happy with our stay and will sincerely recommend this place!

  : Wonderful place. While the location is perfect in many ways, it was so loud that we were unable to get a good night's sleep. Not the fault of the place itself. We couldn't beat the price, so the value was great considering the bed was nice, it was clean, and you could have breakfast but you had to set a time, and on vacation that was too hard. The staff was wonderful.
  : Other guests were VERY loud and the people walking under the window were screaming about every night. The shower was really odd and offered zero privacy if someone else was in the room. We didn't like how you adjusted the water temp at all and made it seem wasteful. We try to be mindful of water usage but it was impossible to keep it the right temp to be done quickly. The nightstand prevented the window from opening fully which was disappointing. It was annoying in the morning though when the people cleaning the other rooms were so loud and playing music. We didn't seem to get one good solid sleep for the whole week we were there. I do want to point out that it was very clean and nice and the staff was very nice.

  : The location is fantastic, you are smack bang in around, cafes, restaurants, site seeing, national monuments. Hearing the church bells was a treat and visiting the La Almoina Archaeological Museum.
  : Wished we could have stayed longer. Room was a little tired looking, maybe a lick of paint. Maybe double glaze windows. It is noisy on the square. Not for the light sleepers.
