  : Very difficult to find initially. No number on the premises. Difficult to find location to pick up the jet to the apartment. Got no message back when I asked for someone to fix the handle to the terrace as I got locked out 2nd day

  : The location was quite good, near the sea.
  : When we entered the apartment, there was a strong bad smell od the mildew everywhere. This stink remained in the bedroom for our whole stay even though we ventilate all day long. We found there a few dead and life cockroaches too. The patio was probably in the middle of reconstruction, looked totally different than on the photos, undone and quite dirty.

  : Really spacious and clean apartment. Very welllocated for the beach as well as a tram stop at the end of the street, to get into the city. Theres also an excellent bike hire shop nearby with great suggested routes for exploring Valencia.Would absolutely recommend staying here again.
  : Having to collect the apartment keys from a different location in Valencia wasnt ideal, but not a big problem. Instructions were clear and easy to find.

  : it was modern with plenty of space
  : there was quite a bad smell coming from the pipes and the bathrooms were not particularly clean. it is not in a great neighbourhood, I did not feel safe but nothing bad happened. the staff responsible for checking in are very unhelpful. I arrived at the destination at the check in time stated to be told I had to travel to another part of town to pick up the keys, very annoying after a long journey. they could have communicated this much better.

  : The apartment itself was modern and well equipped although there were a few problems. Excellent tram & train services to the city centre Beach is only a 5 to 10 minute walk
  : The SingularStays Marina apartment is not near the Marina.The small bedroom door could not be closed nor could the door to the ensuite bathroom in the large bedroom.The window in the small bedroom could not be locked as the locking mechanisms were out of alignment.In the main bathroom shower there was no shelf to hold toiletries etc.One of the high stools at the breakfast bar was very wobbly.It is normal to find an "introduction file" in hotels/apartments to help guests settle in. These files are invaluable in providing information about the area, wi-fi passwords, how to use the air-conditioning units, ceiling fans etc. There was no such file in the apartment. Everything was trial and error. We never found a wi-fi account / password.No fan remote control in small bedroom.Very steep stairs to the apartmentThere were no nice restaurants or bars in the area.We found only one restaurant/bar on the local beach that was open. This could be seasonal? (About 30 minute walk away towards the Marina there were numerous delightful restaurants open).The biggest problem with the stay was gaining access to the apartment. On 4th April I was advised by Laura of SingularStays that I could collect the keys to the apartment at Palacios Rooms, Calle Daoizi Velarde 6 between 22.00 and 23.00 hours upon my arrival on 20th April. I got a taxi from the airport to the Palacios Rooms, arriving at 22.15, to find the building locked up and no one there to give me the keys. I called your telephone number and was put on hold then the call cut off. At this stage I was beginning to panic being in a strange city on my own and nowhere to stay! I called back and a gentleman advised me to continue to the apartment and he would have someone meet me there with the key. Had just arrived at Carrer del Pare Anton Martin when I received a message as to how to gain access to the Palacios Rooms. Collected key and gained access at 23.45 and taxi bill of 60 Euro.

  : The apartment is super nice, comfortable, clean and with a large patio at the back equipped with tables and chairs. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The location is a few mins from the beach and very close to grocery stores and places to get coffee. The whatsapp service is super responsive and helped us understand how to get out keys and were available 24/7 for questions. Tram stop is literally a minute walk away! great price for a group and overall very comfortable
  : we had to go very far away to get our keys, which was inconvenient for a family with a baby. it would be nice if they could store the keys closer to the actual apartment. this was definitely a downside for us. The washing machine has some issues with the on/off system. we werent sure if it was us or the plug not working well, but it was a struggle to turn on. Beware that theres a sofa bed in the living room for the extra 2 people. Bathrooms are quite humid and ventilation not ideal. master bathroom had a bad smell but we figured it was from the pipes in the neighborhood. The patio was not cleaned before our arrival and the chairs and tables were filthy. it would have been nice to find them clean.
