  : The property had an excellent location, the host was very lovely and greeted us at the apartment entrance on arrival, they were very responsive via WhatsApp and made it easy to communicate. The apartment & rooms were spacious for 6 guests. The aircon was only in the living room which was fine for us and we could enjoy some cold air in the living room together. While the street can be noisy in the mornings - we really loved that you could walk a few minutes right into town and everything was close by.
  : Bathroom: You could not sit on the toilet correctly and have to sit sidewise or with your legs on either side of basin (there is a huge basin in front of where you need to sit with about 10cm foot space). The layout of the bathroom was bad. Cleanliness: The apartment was clean on the surface (you could see it gets new sheets and towels), however there is a buildup of dust/hair under things that don't get regularly cleaned. The shower pipes had buildup of black gunk. Photos on the walls had dirt on them, there were moldy stains on the ceiling and many stains on the walls. Maintenance: The fans are faulty, the toilet seat is not properly secure, some wall plugs in the hallway didn't work (we had to use the hallway plugs as we wanted to vacuum before we checked out) and some doors need to be wiggled so that they can close properly. Ceiling in living room has water damage/mold. This apartment needs some maintenance and a very deep clean and can be in good state.

  : Super locatie on walking distance to the city centre. Good and reliable host. Good wifi. Good shower. I would recommend this appartment if you are not disabled.
  : There is no elevator. The appartment is on the top floor, so not convenient for people who have problems with walking stairs. It was not a problem for us. Some minor defects, wall switches not working.

  : The location is simply great. If you're visiting as a tourist and you wish to be at a walking distance to everything at the city center this place is perfect for you. The location is also secure. The flat is spacious and the beds and the sofa are all comfortable. The internet connection was stable and fast enough. Although the apartment doesn't have an elevator, stairs up the flat are not tiring. It has all the amenities mentioned on the listing. The staff in charge is very responsive and answer every question in a matter of minutes which is especially useful when renting a flat.
  : Although the bed sheet and hallways were cleaned before our check-in, it was very obvious that the place hadn't been deep cleaned for a very long time. Underneath every bed, table and sofa there were dustballs, which they started flying around whenever we opened the windows. It takes quite a bit of time for the flat to heat up (Mainly because the heater was set on low - but you're not allowed in that part of the flat to adjust). Lastly a horrible stench filled up the bathroom during the last two days of our stay, which basically rendered the bathroom unusable. Despite the staff managed to bring a technician over the same day we complained, he wasn't able to make it go away. Lastly, the place was lacking many basic consumables i.e. trash bags, dishwashing detergent, salt, extra toilet paper and so. We were told that this was a mistake by the house-keeping company (which is a different one than the renting company) and that these item should have been there. Bottomline is nice flat and great location but the place needs better taking care of.

  : Location was close to mayor subway and city centre. the city itself is nice and there are convenience stores nearby. the tv worked great and had fair few chanels there is a big enough fridge and storage
  : 2 out of the 3 ventilators where broken the sunscreen in the living room was broken the door on the shower came out of its rails the airco bearly worked the closets either didnt open or were dusty and had dirty stuf in them the door to enter the building and to open the appartment are difficult to open
