  : - the location was very good, 5 minutes away from the metro/bus station- nice area with everything we needed and cheap places to eat/drink- quiet street, we could sleep with the windows large open and was very silent- the staff was very friendly and responded fast to messages- the building has an elevator, it was important for us because travelling with a baby/ stroller- access to building/ apartment with a code (not keys) so less worries
  : - on this listing on booking there are mixed photos i think, of all 2 bedroom apartments of the building, because when i booked the apartment ive seen a large terrace in the photos and ours didnt have one- the bed was not the most comfortable one, but for a few days is ok- the coffee machine

  : Location is good, rooms are clean.
  : Elevator is tiny, doors have no key (code entry) and no inside lock protection. The balcony wasnt clean. No dish soap, so we had to buy one (you are welcome)

  : Lovely place in a quiet road located minutes away from the metro and bus. Within a walking distance to a supermarket. There were few restaurants near which proved really helpful when we were back late and didn't feel like cooking.
  : We stayed for 3 nights and found everything we need, so can't complain about anything.

  : Apartment located close to the port of Valencia as well as to the metro quick connections to the airport or the city center. Staff was very reactive an issue with the air conditionning, even though this happened on a public holiday ! We highly recommend this apartment.
  : Just a few issues with the air conditionning that got fixed right away.

  : I travel with my two kids so I really appreciate the cleanliness. This apartament was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, cozy with comfortable beds and pillows with well equipped kitchen.I also liked very much that i could go by foot to the beach (20 minutes), to the City of Art (25 min), the metro station and other bus stations were at 3 min distance.We found everything we need in the are supermarket , organic shop, restaurants I really appreciate the communication with the host, from whom i received every information that I needed.For sure we will come back again!
  : First if all, we didnt like that we need to access the building and the apartment with code because we tried many time to enter the pin until the front door opens but we manage it and in the second day the access part was easier for us but I think that a lock on the inside of the room door is needed
