  : Location was a bit far away from the centre and had no metro stations close.

  : This is an appartment in a residential block. Only a few minutes walk from the Turia and Aquarium.
  : The key has to be picked up at another site, a taxi ride away from the building. This was a faff when juggling bags and kids.

  : The appartment is spacious, beds are comfortable and clean. Good Aircon and complete with good, new appliances.Location is good, a 15 min walk to the Science Park and an 8euro cab ride to the old town and a 10 euro ride to the beach
  : There were a few issues. Two days before travel we were told we had to collect the key from a separate address across the city which was a 35 min walk away. This was blamed on Covid Proceedures which was rubbish It cost us an extra 15 Euros for the airport transfer to stop to collect it. Second the pool was closed all week. We contacted the owner on day 2 to be told he would get back to us, he didn't. We chose the appartment due to the pool. Very disappointing.Third the directions to the appartment are poor. It is just bad translation but took some effort and several lift rides to fine the rooms Fourth two of the light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling.Finally the owner offered no discount after I raised the first two points. So obviously doesn't care oncehe has your money.

  : everything like in the pictures, we enjoyed our stay. the living roomis spacious, nice view from the balcony.quite and safe area perfect with kids. a bit far from the city center but you can take the bus that is 1 min walk.
  : bathroom needs some renovation

  : This is a great apartment. loved the location. Close to Valenbisi bike rentals, metro, buses, Turia Park attractions. Great restaurants nearby. Very spacious, well equipped space, very secure building. Staff greeted us promptly to let deliver keys and introduce property.
