A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
It should be noted that the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or having difficulty moving around or climbing stairs.

The deposit is captured in the form of a bank imprint. This amount will not be taken, only for a few days to ensure that there is no damage to the accommodation.
