  : We do not like anything, our children and we were stressed by constant harassment from the owner.
  : Our stay at Hotel Ariadimari turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. The hotel owner displayed intrusive and harassing behavior towards both our young children and us. We constantly felt watched and monitored, which caused ongoing stress. The most disheartening moment was when she accused us of fraud and called the police simply because we had made a mistake in our reservation. We intended to rectify the error and pay the correct fee for our children, but her reaction was completely disproportionate. We refused to be labeled as fraudsters and shouted at, which only exacerbated our frustration. Furthermore, she was aware of our tiny 2- and 4-year-old children, yet she attempted to kick us out of the hotel. Our family felt neglected, and most importantly, our children were stressed by her presence and constant commentary on their behavior, which is typical for children of their age. During our time by the pool, the owner closely observed us, ensuring that we adhered to the ban on eating and drinking. Despite respecting these rules, we couldn't tolerate the constant monitoring of our actions. Unfortunately, the place resembled more of an Alcatraz-like prison than a pleasant hotel stay, which the owner claims to be family-friendly on Booking.com. In addition to monitoring our actions and harassing behavior, the overall condition of the room was significantly below the standards presented in the photos and description. The furnishings were worn and damaged, and our double bed was replaced with a mere sponge, significantly impacting our sleeping comfort. Overall, our stay was filled with stress and disappointment. We do not recommend this place to families with young children or individuals seeking a welcoming atmosphere. We hope our review will help other potential guests make the right choice.

  : The staff is really friendly and accommodating. You can find nice beaches and villages in the area. We loved that it was very quiet during the night.
  : Valledoria is not a very attractive village. We felt that the photos didnt do the place justice (its more basic than pictured). The breakfast is okay, but the same everyday and also very basic. The pool is nice but the sun loungers are very uncomfortable.

  : We literally enjoyed every second - great breakfast, rooms close to the pool area, the pool, where they have a separate part for the kids (not so deep area). Praise to the host - she was lovely, understanding, and kind. We arrived way too out of check-in hours, and still, we were welcomed with open arms. The hotel also offers free parking which is very convenient if you arrive with the car.

  : Excellent welcome from the owner who was friendly, helpful and accommodated our early arrival no problem. Great recommendations for lunch & dinner locally. Everything was explained clearly and we felt at home straight away. The pool is gorgeous, clean and has comfortable sun- loungers and chairs all around it. The garden area is lovely whether you have breakfast there or just for reading. There are plenty of spaces to just chill out in. We traveled with dogs and found the room was spacious enough for us & them no problem along with a practical tile floor. The bathroom was also spacious. We really appreciated having an electric kettle, glasses, mugs and a small fridge! Off street parking right next to the garden was also a bonus. Breakfast was great and the coffee was very good, best latt of the week. Perfect accommodation for a short or long stay; we really enjoyed discovering Valledoria & the surrounding areas also. We didn't spend any time at the local beach but went to the local dog beach which is an 8 minute drive away (search dog beach Badesi) several times. Casteldoro is a good day trip and very close. Sassari is also worth a day out. The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the area.
  : The only thing I can think of to improve on is some hooks on the back of the bathroom door & some more subtle lighting in the room. The lamps provided are lovely but incredible bright as is the ceiling light. Maybe its just a question of changing the bulbs for a warm white lower wattage. Subtle lighting would be a welcome addition:)
