  : Location right in the heart of Valletta
  : The place was not clean.Several wall sockets were not working.The facilities on booking.com give the impression that the terrace is private, but is shared with other apartments. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. The place really needs a refurbishment. Bad smell coming out of the kitchen sink.

  : We arrived to a filthy apartment food in the cutlery drawer oven stinking and greasy.floor hadn't been swept or washed bathroom dirty . Light in shower didn't work bath chipped and broken . Electric plugs coming off wall. The owner wouldn't come to the apartment at all to rectify and even though I phoned him on many occasions half time he sounded like he wasn't interested. I asked to be moved or give us our money back and we'd go to a hotel but nothing. I arrived with my 89 year old mother who was tired after the trip. We were sold it as a deluxe apartment that could sleep 5 . There was only one double bed made up . I said where is the single bedroom a sliding door was pulled across to reveal a hole no windows and was full rubbish there was no privacy . A bed was made up for me on the sofa . I'm 61. The shower was in the middle of the living room and the bathroom was en suite to the double bed . This apartment was OK for a couple not a daughter and a elderly mother. We had been misled. Strait street is very narrow. There were 3 bars one right underneath our balcony . Music blaring and singing everyday til 3 in the morning. We couldn't sleep. Then there were the ants we couldnt leave food out we regularly sprayed every night but couldn't leave windows open due to noise from the bars . I came home and my mother full ant bites. Then there was the huge red hornets that swarmed every afternoon so we couldn't use the balcony . The size of the apartment was fine for two people but the layout was terrible unless you were a married couple . We were supposed to have free wi fi and TV. Four days out of the fourteen day trip WiFi and TV were off. As you can imagine my mum liked to watch TV as we didn't go out at night and also the tv drowned out some of the noise from the bars. This was un acceptable. My mother is maltese but wanted to see malta one last time this ruined her trip.

  : Location is good not far from the main Street!
  : We stayed in a first floor apartment. It is a terrible experience to live there. The bathroom has water flowing from the water pump and dripping onto the floor all the time. The floor is always wet. And that made the whole shower wet! And the wet floor flows down to the toilet! The worst part is that the toilet seat falls on our backs every time we sit down to use the bathroom. It's not healthy and makes it uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean, dusty and very small. Shower curtains are like plastic bags! And it's very torn and short. Taking a shower makes the whole bathroom wet! And there was not enough toilet paper and in that small kitchen the drain cover was broken and the sink was dirty. The cloth used for cleaning looked like it had been used before. Even though they later came to replace the water pump and curtains and fix the toilet lid, we had to send a lot of complaints and had to wait 2 days for them to fix the problem for us. As for what the apartment owner never told me, Our room on the first floor had a pub downstairs!! It wasn't a pub from the apartment but a pub close to the apartment where we could hear very loud music just by opening the window. From the pub We stayed here for 7 days. We couldn't sleep peacefully. The music from the pub was very loud. The sound of people talking is very loud. Even though we closed the windows, it didn't help because the walls were so thin. And it was horrifying that our room was next to that pub! For 7 nights, we went to bed with music so loud we couldn't sleep. and the music was loud until 1 a.m. I called the police and of course they didn't care and hung up on us! We feel terrible about paying full price for our stay and getting this in return! It's something we shouldn't take for granted!

  : the beds are uncomfortable, I had to sleep on the floor. full of ants that bit everyone. The dishes are not washed, everywhere is very dirty, there is mold and limescale in the bathroom.

  : Location in the middle of old city, huge apartment, terrace on the top of the roof, nice view from the window, acces to the drinking water, elevator :)
  : For some people noises from the street can be a problem. It is great location but in the same time it is party street ;) For us was ok, but if somebody wants silence, is better to take ear plugs ;) One bed was uncomfortable. Terrace on the top of the roof has problems with light, so it was nice to sit there but it was dark ;) There was no wine opener in the kitchen :(

  : Central location. Spacious and comfortable 4th floor apartment with private terrace and great view of St. John's Cathedral and sea.
  : Bed throw stained. A/c and TV remote controls unresponsive. Only one bathroom light working. Toiletries limited to soap dispenser.
