  : The hotel was very pretty and the breakfast was really delicious, altogether it is a great place.
  : When we arrived we got a room which had a note on the bed.." the pillows the sofa and so on...Wet". We were quite disappointed when we realise it is true, our pillows and blanket were wet.. luckily i found other blanket in the cabinet and changed it. Also on the floor there was a water path to the bed because the curtain was soaking wet too and the water was dripping from it. From the vapor i almost could not sleep, but I decided to not make a fuss for this. I am writing here to make sure the staff will give more attantion to this for the next customer. Luckily around the 3.th day the courtain dried off. We got a water boiler with tea on the table , which we could not use as the connectors were all uk plug, but the boiler has eu plug to it....Also one day we asked for some help to get gozo as fast as we can, the receptionist told us to hurry, run as the next ferry leaves at 11.45. We were in a big rush to reach that one and when we arrived the ticket seller told us the next ferry goes only at 13.45. We had to wait more then 2 hours for it and that was a huge waste of time for us as it was our last day to enjoy and we had other plans which we could not fulfill. I was kind of upset. Please make sure to give accurate information to the customers!!Thank you.

  : Perfect location, in the heart of La Valletta. This hotel is perfect for sightseeing and not so far from from the boarding point to Sliema. Close to monuments, places of interest, shops and restaurants. BTW we found many vegan friendly places in the nearby like Soul Food, Debono coffe shop, Is suq tal belt food market and all around like Carolina's tea room (Sliema) or Naar (Bolluta bay). Quiet area during the night. The room was comfortable, clean and large. Breakfast in the average. Staff polite and professional. Two thumbs up!

  : The location is very good, walking distance to all areas of Valletta. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
  : I was given a room without any daylight (it faced into a narrow court, there was no chance for any light to come in), it felt like living in the basement. The AC was broken, too. I was given another room after complaining, the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately I have the impression that solo-travellers are always being given the rooms with less comfort, etc
